Does the S5310 DC Voltage Transducer come at the 100VDC measurement level with the 0-5VDC output? Also, can we get the 28V option for Supply Voltage power?

Yes, the CR5310-100-28 is available for purchase. The product line has no aperture, so there is no splitcore version.
