Hello,

Please point me to where I can download user's guide and any configuration software for CRD4170-5? What protocol does it use to communicate? MODBUS?

Dear Sir,

I have attached the programming guide for our CRD Series. The output for our CRD4170-5 is ASCII 485. If you require MODBUS communication the part number is CRD4170-5-M. I have also attached the Programming guide for the MODBUS protocol.
