CRD4110 One Element Data Stream Digital Current Transducers

The CRD4110 Series is a single-channel Digital Current Transducer designed to deliver precise, real-time current measurement for applications where AC waveforms are not purely sinusoidal. Available in standard ranges of 1, 5, 15, and 25 amps, as well as custom ranges between 1 and 25 amps, the CRD4110 offers flexible options for current monitoring, making it suitable for a wide variety of industrial and commercial environments.

For applications requiring higher current measurements, the CRD4110 can be paired with a 5-amp secondary current transformer (CT), enabling it to accurately monitor currents up to several thousand amps. This scalability ensures the transducer can be easily integrated into systems with both standard and high-current requirements.

Data from the CRD4110 is streamed over an RS485 IEEE bus, allowing multiple transducers to communicate through a single master connection. This efficient data transmission system makes the CRD4110 ideal for use in multi-point monitoring setups, including individual machines, specific zones, or entire plants.

The CRD4110 supports both ASCII-based control and an optional modified MODBUS protocol, providing flexibility for integration with existing systems.
